Best Fleets to Drive For collects the most comprehensive set of workplace best practices in the North American trucking industry. The Best Fleets Education & Awards conference digs deep into that data set to highlight what’s working at fleets of all sizes, where innovation is happening, key stats, and emerging trends.
Showcasing Winners
The Top 20 Best Fleets, along with fleets entering the Hall of Fame, will be publicly recognized on stage. The two overall winners, in large and small fleet categories, will also be unveiled.

With an agenda heavily focused on education, the conference will dig deep into the trends, innovative ideas, and successful initiatives identified during this year’s edition of the program.

Fleet owners and senior management of trucking companies, particularly in the areas of HR, safety, operations, and driver management. Senior drivers and advisory board members will also benefit.
This event is designed specifically for trucking company employees (and contractors) and is not open for vendor or supplier registration.
The Midland Theatre
Located in downtown Kansas City in the Power & Light District, the original Midland Theatre opened in 1927 and has hosted well-known artists throughout its history.
Now, the Best Fleets will share the same stage that has welcomed legendary performers like Bob Dylan, Jerry Seinfeld, Willie Nelson, and The Smashing Pumpkins, bringing our own unforgettable event to a venue with an extraordinary legacy.
The Midland is within walking distance of five major hotels. Preferred rates have been arranged for attendees and discount codes will be provided upon registration.
The Midland is located approximately 19 miles from Kansas City International Airport.
